The Best Vegan Banana Pancakes

Easy and quick vegan banana pancakes made with oats and banana are a delicious breakfast, brunch or snack. We have tried to come up with a recipe that is dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, vegan and easy to make. This recipe is really our favorite and we make these at least once a week. You just have to try these! :)

Ingredients (serves 1-2)
1,2 cup (3 dl) oat flakes
2 ripe bananas
1,5 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (1 dl) plant based milk (we use Sproud)
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of vanilla powder
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil to fry in

Method
Mix oat flakes into meal in a food processor. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Let batter rest for 5 minutes and then fry in coconut oil. We usually serve with our homemade chocolate sauce, coconut yoghurt, banana, blueberries, raspberries, coconut chips, walnuts and some maple syrup. SO GOOD!
