Raw Overnight Oats

Prepare your breakfast/lunch in 5 minutes with this overnight oats (perfect for take away to work). Place it in the fridge overnight for an easy, healthy and nutritious meal waiting for you the next day.

This is definitely the one meal we have made most times in different variations. Over the years our oat meals have changed a lot. Started off pretty basic with just plain cooked oats and some fruits on top, but now we have dove into some yummier versions (thank god!) and adding spices, dates and perhaps some almond butter.

Serves 1

1/4 cup (1/2 dl) oats
3/4 cup (1,5 dl) oat milk
1 tbsp sesame seed
1,5 tbsp chia seed
1 fresh date
Pinch of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients well. Put your favourite berries on top (frozen raspberries, mango, blueberries etc) and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can add a spoon of almond butter, granola, coconut flakes and banana. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! :)
