Full Body Workout: Part 1
Anyone else who is ready to become really fit and strong this spring? :) Here's a quick combo of exercises designed for those with a busy schedule. You can easily do this program at home and it will definitely show result. Please leave a comment if you did it and enjoyed it!
Do all exercise for 1 minute and repeat the program 3-4 times (or as you like).
