Tumeric chia pudding w/ mango

Chia seeds are a super seed packed with many nutrients, which is why we love to make different variations of chia pudding. Like flax seeds, chia seeds are especially high in Omega-3 fatty acids. This chia pudding is specially created for the perfect vegan Easter breakfast :)

Serves 1-2

Chia pudding ingredients
1 cup (2 dl) plant based milk, almond, oat or hazelnut
2,5 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground tumeric
Pinch of ground Ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom
A tiny pinch of Cayenne pepper

Method
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours until set. 

Mango smoothie ingredients
1/2 cup (1 dl) frozen mango
1/2 cup (1 dl) frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut milk

Blend all ingredients into a thick and creamy smoothie. Spoon on top of the chia pudding and top with fresh fruit.
