Perfect Chocolate Brownie

This guilt-free chocolate brownie is the perfect cake for dessert or simply as a healthy snack in the afternoon. The combo between intense chocolate flavour, orange zest and satisfying crunch on top is truly amazing. 

Egg replacement with chia seed (replaces 2 egg)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
6 tbsp hot water

Mix the seeds with the water. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before use.

Ingredients
1 can of boiled black beans (170 gram)
1/2 cup (1 dl) oats
1/2 cup (1 dl) cocoa powder
12 fresh dates
1 tsp of vanilla powder
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
80 gram dark chocolate
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Chocolate cream
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 pinch fine sea salt
Zest of 1/2 orange

Method
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor until smooth. Add roughly chopped dark chocolate, save a little to sprinkle on top of the cake. Tip into the loaf tin and add the rest of the chocolate on top. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool while stirring the chocolate cream. spread the chocolate cream over the cake and decorate with coconut chips and some orange zest. Cut the cake into 12 small pieces. Enjoy!
